Steps

First of all wash off the chicken pieces with warm water.

Now,in a bowl take all the pieces of chicken and add Turmeric powder, chilli powder,salt, curd, ginger garlic paste, Lemon juice, chicken masala, onion paste and 50 gram ghee(melt the ghee before adding,it should be lukewarm).Mix all it well and keep aside for 2 hours.

Now,heat the kadahi and add Butter and 2 tsp ghee and cumin seeds.Now add garlic cloves (only half of the total).

Now,add marinated chicken in the kadahi and stir and mix it well untill it cooks.If needed,warm water can be added.

Once it is cooked,then off the flame.and in tadka pan heat left ghee and add garlic cloves and chopped green chillies and give this tadka to the chicken.

At last, garnish with coriander leaves.It's ready to serve.
