Ingredients

1medium beetroot
1mangoe
1ripe banana
1 sliceavocado
1apple
1 packetmilk
3tablespoonfull of vanilla ice-cream
5tablespoonfull sugar

Steps

Wash all the fruits,peel them then cut into smaller pieces.

Pour then in the blender, add milk,ice-cream and sugar. Blend for 5 minutes. Chill in the fridge and serve cold.
