Ingredients

  1. 8bhetki fillet
  2. 1 cuponion paste
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tbspcashew nuts paste
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspsoy sauce
  7. 1 tspchilli sauce
  8. 1 tbsptomato sauce
  9. 1egg
  10. 1 tbsp corn flour
  11. 1onion cubed
  12. 1/2capsicum cubed
  13. to tastesalt and sugar
  14. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Put salt on the fish and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now prepare a batter with onion paste,ginger garlic paste,all the sauce,egg and corn flour

  3. 3

    Add salt and red chilli powder and put the fillet in it

  4. 4

    After 1 hour heat a pan add oil and shallow fry the fish and arrange on a baking dish

  5. 5

    Now add more oil in the same pan add the onion and capsicum cubed and fry well

  6. 6

    Add the marination left,saute for 10 minutes,add cashew paste

  7. 7

    Add salt and sugar and cover the fish with the fried masala

  8. 8

    Preheat oven to 180° and bake for 20 minutes

  9. 9

    Serve it as a side dish
