Ingredients

4 servings

1.5 lbsyellow squash, washed and sliced
1/2 lbground pork sausage
1med. onion, sliced
1 Tbutter
1 tspsalt
1 tspgarlic powder
cooking spray

Steps

Heat large skillet and spray with cooking spray. Add squash and saute.

Add sausage to skillet and brown. Mix with squash.

Add onion to skillet and cook until tender.

Add butter, salt and garlic powder. Mix well and serve.
