Ham, Egg & Lettuce Sandwiches Ham, Egg & Lettuce Sandwiches
This is a sandwich that I've always eaten at home since I was a kid. You can add the fillings in the order of lettuce, ham, egg as well if you like. That way is probably easier if you're only using 1 leaf of lettuce.1 If you're only using 1 egg, you can simply add it to a container when boiled and crush it up with a fork instead.2 It's fine to use just 1 lettuce leaf.3 You can use any kind of sliced loaf for these sandwiches.4 Please spread the margarine and mustard on 1 side of the bread only, and in that order.5 Feel free to slice the sandwich into 4 equal triangles instead. Our Family's Cucumber and Egg Sandwiches Our Family's Cucumber and Egg Sandwiches
I'm proud of this recipe, which my mother often used to make. The key is to remove excess moisture from the cucumber. You can make this with thinly sliced sandwich bread or thicker slices. It's also tasty if you toast it lightly when it's done. Recipe by NumaYuu cookpad.japan -
Egg Sandwiches Made The Night Before The Sports Festival Egg Sandwiches Made The Night Before The Sports Festival
About 8 years ago, I had to make something to bring to a party at my kid's nursery school. I had no time so I made these the night before and kept it in the refrigerator, but they were still soft and fluffy on the day.Don't add salt and pepper to the egg filling. Just use mayonnaise to flavor it to really appreciate that eggy taste. For 3 to 4 servings. Recipe by Utsukushiki Roxanne cookpad.japan -

Egg Salad Sandwiches Egg Salad Sandwiches
They sell these sandwiches at a store at our local train station. I wanted to be able to eat as many of them as I like, so I tried making them myself. I like the fact that they're looks so colorful. The foundation of this sandwich is the egg and nanohana. After that, you can add and combination of ham, lettuce, tomato, shrimp or bacon. The sandwiches will have a nicer texture if you chill them in the fridge for a while, as the bread will absorb some of the filling. If you make the sandwiches at night, wrap up in plastic and chill in the refrigerator, then cut them and eat in the morning they will be really moist and delicious. Old School Lunch-Style Egg and Cucumber Salad Sandwiches Old School Lunch-Style Egg and Cucumber Salad Sandwiches
Eating these always make me nostalgic for school lunches. It's an easy, relatively simple sandwich but I have never seen this anywhere else so I posted this recipe. My sister, who went to the same school, says 'I don't remember this.' I wonder why. A lot of people seem to like it anyway! The cucumber is prepared with salt, so don't use too much mayonnaise. When I was an elementary school student, I used to think that the mustard in mine was too strong so you might not need any mustard for your children's sandwiches. I think these are easier to eat than regular egg and sliced cucumber sandwiches. For 1 serving. Recipe by 明日見 cookpad.japan -

Rolled Sandwiches Rolled Sandwiches
I often used to eat this for breakfast when I was working. It's satisfying, so I recommend it for breakfast. If you are using leftover dry bread, microwave first so it doesn't crack when you roll it. Sausages are fine in bentos, but the cucumber deteriorates if it is left for a long time, so I recommend you eat this as soon as you make it. Recipe by yakopuyo cookpad.japan -

This is a skill I learned when I used to work part time in a bakery.I made the sandwiches in the picture up top with 3 loaves of bread.Be sure to put the ham on the bottom. (This prevents them from spreading out.)Just use a little mayonnaise in the egg mixture. For 4 servings. Recipe by Kakoriruma cookpad.japan
