Ham, Egg & Lettuce Sandwiches

This is a sandwich that I've always eaten at home since I was a kid.
You can add the fillings in the order of lettuce, ham, egg as well if you like. That way is probably easier if you're only using 1 leaf of lettuce.
1 If you're only using 1 egg, you can simply add it to a container when boiled and crush it up with a fork instead.
2 It's fine to use just 1 lettuce leaf.
3 You can use any kind of sliced loaf for these sandwiches.
4 Please spread the margarine and mustard on 1 side of the bread only, and in that order.
5 Feel free to slice the sandwich into 4 equal triangles instead. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Steps
- 1
Make boiled eggs. Refer to "How to Boil an Egg".
https://cookpad.wasmer.app/us/recipes/146355-creamy-egg-yolks-how-to-soft-and-hard-boil-eggs
- 2
Wash the lettuce and drain. Rip the lettuce leaves in half.
- 3
Once the boiled eggs have cooled, peel the shells and finely chop with a knife. Add to a container and mix together with the ingredients marked with ●.
- 4
Thinly spread margarine and mustard on the bread. Lay the ham, followed by the lettuce, then the mixture from Step 3.
- 5
Place another slice of bread on top and sandwich the contents gently. Cut off the crusts with a bread knife and cut into 3 equal pieces.
- 6
Serve on a plate or pack in a lunch box.
- 7
If the bread has gone a bit hard, simply wrap it in some damp kitchen paper, then a layer of cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 8
If you cut the bread up once it has become more moist, it will result in a great tasting sandwich.
