Ingredients

  • 2 cupsRice flour
  • 1 cupBesan
  • 1 cupRoasted gram daal
  • 1/2 tspAsafoetida
  • 2 tbspChilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspButter
  • Water for kneading
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the dry ingredients one by one to mix evenly

  2. 2

    Add enough water to knead the dough

  3. 3

    Put in a murukku press and squeeze out above medium hot oil

  4. 4

    Fry till it is done

  5. 5

    Store in a airtight container and serve
