Steps

Firstly grind the washed rice very fine. Then add urad daal in grinder and add Methi daana and all ingredients grind very fine. Add water as per required to make a fine paste. Sieve or filter the material.

Add curd and salt in the fine paste. Mix it well for 10 minutes.

Take a non stick tawa and heat it on medium flame. Oiled up it and clean it with a clean cloth. Then clean it with dropping water drops only one time at starting. Placed batter on tawa, spread it from center to outward side with the help of serving spoon. Placed potatoes masala on it and roll dosa or serve a plain dosa with potatoes masala

For masala- take a pan add some oil and let it heat. after it add rai, onion, green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander and at last mashed potatoes.mix it well
