Ingredients

4pple
  1. Fish 2 medium size
  2. 2 pcsEggb
  3. 3 tbspBread crumbs
  4. 2 cupsVegetable oil
  5. Salt ½tspn
  6. Garlic (crush)½tbsp
  7. 1/2 tbspGinger crush
  8. Masala curry ½tspn
  9. 2 tbspAttarugu
  10. 1/2 tbspMint leaf(dry)
  11. 1/2 cupOnion (chopped)
  12. 2 tbspSpringonions
  13. Maggi cubes 2pcs

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut d fish into medium sized, allow d fish to drain very well, sprinkles d salt all over d fish

  2. 2

    Put d vegetable oil in a fryer and deep fry

  3. 3

    After frying,in a large ball,Marsh d fish very well and removed all d bones.

  4. 4

    Later,add in crushed garlic,ginger,Maggi,onions and spring onion,curry,attarugu and mix very well, finally add d mint leaves by crushing it wt d tip if ur fingers,mix.again and make don ballshape

  5. 5

    Break ur eggs in a small bowl and also bring ur bread crumbs close

  6. 6

    Apply d bread crumbs on to d balls and put d balls in to d egg and deep fry till golden brown.
