Take a dry crushing jar, add dry mint leaves and coriander leaves, crush once.

Heat tawa and add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds, cover with lid or dish or bowl, wait till mustard seeds completley crackle. Open the lid/ covered dish. Add cumin seeds and wait for 8-10sec, till light brown. Now add this all into jar. And churn them again.

Now add salt, black pepper, black salt, cumin and coriander powder, dry ginger powder, and crush them all together for 2min.

Transfer to a airtight container. Store in a cool dry place.

Use this to make masal chhas, dahi, sprinkle on salads, on cheese flavoured dish, use in sandwich to sprinkle as masala.
