Soak 1 cup rice in bowl in enough water for 30 minutes and drain and keep aside add in pressure cooker and cook

Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds,tejpatta, clove and cinnamon stirr and saute till mustard crackles

Add thinly sliced onion chopped carrot and green peas saute well add grated carrot stirr well add 1tsp garam masala

Now add cooked rice and mix well garnish with grated carrot and coriander
- 5
Serve carrot pulav with salad or buttermilk
