Peel off the carrots and cut your choice and mix 1tbs Salt and keep aside for 2/3hours,remove excess water

In a heating pan roast all ingredients and grind them,heat mustard oil and allow to cool it

Now in a mixing bowl mix all spices with carrots add musterd oil and vinegar. keep in a air tight container, after 2days this pickle is ready for eat

We can store this pickle for 3/4months
