  3. 1/2 kgsalt
  4. 200 gmginger powder
  5. 200 gmblack pepper
  6. 100 gmblack salt
  7. 100 gmcumin seeds
  8. 100 gmcarrom seeds

  1. 1

    Cut lemons into small size add salt put it in sun light for 10 days

  2. 2

    Then make a sugar syrup add salted lemon then cook ok low flame till lemon get softend

  3. 3

    Then dry ingredients pickle is ready to eat
