Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour 1/4cup sugar 1/4cup finely chopped onions
  • 2scotch bonnet
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 table spoonyeast
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together and make a batter (slacky paste) not watery and not thick

  2. 2

    Cover and let it rise for an hour

  3. 3

    Add the chopped onions, scotch bonnet and Deflate the air

    Heat some oil in a pan, drop the puff puff into oil as desired and fry
