100 gm gajar
100gm mulli
50 gmgreen chilli
1 tsp eachBlack mustard,vinegar,fenugreek
jaggery as per your taste
salt and red chilli to taste
1 tsp eachSaunf, cumin,black pepper,kalonji
oil as required

Heat oil,add Saunf, cumin,black pepper,kalonji,Black mustard,fenugreek,saute for a minute
2

Add veggies and other spices,whe it become a little crunchy then add jaggery and off the flame.
