50 mlcooking oil

1 cupwarm water

Steps

Mix the flour, sugar, coconut, cardamom and oil.

Add a cup of warm water, knead till soft and elastic.

Brush some oil to the dough, then cover with cling film for an hour.

Spread the dough and cut into small sizeable pieces.

The deep fry in a medium heat.
6

Enjoy your mandazi with a cup of chocolate.
