Firstly coarsely grind sweet corn into the mixer jar.

Now in a mixing bowl add corn, boiled mashed potato, ginger, chilli, carrot, capsicum chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds and all dry spices, salt, bread crumbs, rice flour and mix all together, like a dough.

Now will take a little portion from the dough, give the shape of kabab with the help of hands.

Now heat a pain add oil and shallow fry kababs one by one nice golden colour And crisp both sides.

Now sweet corn kabab is ready to serve with green chutney and sause.
