Yam( Suran) cutlets instead of frying , made in Airfryer are cripsy from outside and soft inside.
Steps

Peel and grate yam(suran), potato,onion. Keep all ingredients required ready.

In mixing bowl add all ingredients except oil. Mix well (if needed sprinkle water to bind)

Make 12 equal oval shape cutlets from the prepared yam mixture..with oily fingers.

Preheat Airfryer for 5 mins on 180 temperature. Brush oil on each prepared cutlets all over. Bake in Airfryer for 10-12 mins for 180 temperature or till golden brown and crispy.(In between after five minutes flip over all cutlets..so they are evenly baked)

Serve/ Relish Hot Airfried Yam Cutlets with tomato sauce and green coriander chutney.
