Making dough for butter naan - in a bowl take yeast, sugar and water then stir the mixture.

Now add flour, salt, butter and curd and stir it with the yeast mixture. Knead to a soft and smooth dough. If the dough become sticky, add more flour and knead again. Now Cover the dough and keep aside to leaven for 1 hr.

Rolling butter naan - after 1 hr divide the dough into medium balls, lightly dust the dough balls with some flour now roll into a medium sized rotis of medium thickness.

Now put water on naan with spreading brush and place the naan(water side down) on hot tava.

When the bottom is partly cooked, flip tava. You will see bubbles on the naan. When second side is cooked, remove the naan with tong.(If you observe it is not cooked properly then you can cooked it directly on flame with tong.)

Place the hot naan in roti basket, spread some butter on it.

Butter naan is ready for serve. You can have it with any vegetable.
