Soak the tiger nut and dates for like a day(24hrs) wash it put it inside bucket add the ginger, soaked dates,coconut and take it to grinders

After they've grounded the t/nut,sieve it add a little sugar to taste put it inside jerrican and put in refrigerator to chill
