Ingredients

  1. 1large finely chopped onion Ginger and Garlic, Crushed
  2. Meat balls (Note I elsewhere gave a Recipe on how to make them)
  3. 1/4 cupmilk
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  6. 2 tablespoonscooking oil
  7. 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
  8. 1/4 cupBrown Sugar or Honey if you prefer that
  9. 1/4 cupApple Cider Vinegar
  10. 1 TeaspoonYellow Mustard
  11. 1/4 CupBarbecue Sauce (If without, You can use Tomato Sauce)
  12. Spaggheti, Veggies and Avocado to Serve

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a large heavy bottomed Pot, put your oil, Onions, Ginger n Garlic n cook them. Add the Mustard, Salt n Pepper.

  2. 2

    In a Bowl, Whisk together the rest of the ingredients until well-combined. If you are using Tomato Sauce, reduce the amount of Vinegar n Sugar.

  3. 3

    Add that to the cooking pot, and stir. Cook over low heat for about 2 mins. Adjust seasoning if need be

  4. 4

    Lastly, add the Meat balls and let cook for a further 3 mins.

  5. 5

    Serve with Spaggs n Steamed Cabbage.
