Puebla-Style Chicken Tacos

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or griddle, then wrap them in a towel to keep warm.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the chicken and sauté well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the refried beans with the cumin and oregano.

Spread the beans on a tortilla. Top with chicken, a few slices of avocado, a drizzle of salsa, chipotle to taste, and a little sour cream. Sprinkle with onion, lettuce, and radishes, season with salt and pepper, and roll up. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and serve immediately.
