We weren't even going to put this recipe on Cookpad because it's pretty much been done a number of times but then the wife and i noticed almost all the recipes called for a whisked egg mixture don't get me wrong we like scrambled eggs but runny eggs are perfect for sloppin up the yolk with your preferred kind of bread!!!

Ingredients

10-12mins
2 servings
  1. 4eggs
  2. 4 slicesham
  3. 4 oz.cheddar cheese or preference
  4. 1 tbsp.Butter
  5. Sprinkle of parmesan
  6. Sprinkle of pepper

Cooking Instructions

10-12mins
  1. 1

    Here's what will need!

  2. 2

Add a sliver of butter to each cup and spread evenly till well greased!

  3. 3

Place your ham into the greased cups. Thinner sliced ham works best so you will be able to fold and mold it into the cup!

  4. 4

Next the cheese. Add to cup and press down slightly so the egg will be able to fit!

  5. 5

Crack your eggs on top of cheese cup. Be careful not to get any of the shell in there. Nothing worse then grizzle in a taco or burger same goes for little bits of shell in your eggs "lol"

  6. 6

Now a sprinkle of parmesan and pepper. No need for salt because of the ham and parm salt content!

  7. 7

Place in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 9-12mins. All appliances do very so even if a little over it will still be good!

  8. 8

And there you have it!!Many variations if making with more ingredients make sure you have a large deep muffin pan!

  9. 9

    Hope you enjoy!! Cheers!!
