In a bowl mash potato,add salt,chilli,coriander and garam masala and mix well.

Now take a slice,cut it's edges,lightly drizzle some water drops on slice,squeeze it,stuff potato masala and make ladoo type balls

If it's not bid then wet your hand lightly and then press balls and bid it and deep fry in hot oil serve with sauce.
