Steps

Peel and wash carrots

Cut into small pieces

Put carrots and 1 cup milk in cooker and boil for 2 whistles.

Let it cool and grind into smooth paste.

Boil remaining milk for 5 minutes on low flame.

Add carrot paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Mix sugar and switch off the flame.

Let it cool and blend with blender

Pour into kulfi moulds and keep in freezer for 7-8 hours
