Steps

In a wok heat oil and add sahzeera to splutter.

Add onion, chilli and cook till translucent.

Mix and cook tomato and Ginger in low flame till all water evaporated.

Now add boiled moth dal, adjust salt and add the Italian seasoning. Mix well.

Cover the wok and cook in low flame for 2-3 mins.

Now garnish with chopped coriander and freshly ground black pepper.
