Ingredients

3/4 cupdried lentils
3/4 cupbrown rice
4 cupswater
4bullion cubes
4 tspchili powder
1 tspcumin
2 tsponion powder
1/2 tspgarlic powder

Steps

Dump everything in medium pot and bring to a boil. Turn down heat to just below medium, cook covered until done. Stir every 5-6 minutes.

Use as regular taco filling.
