Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupdried lentils
  2. 3/4 cupbrown rice
  3. 4 cupswater
  4. 4bullion cubes
  5. 4 tspchili powder
  6. 1 tspcumin
  7. 2 tsponion powder
  8. 1/2 tspgarlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Dump everything in medium pot and bring to a boil. Turn down heat to just below medium, cook covered until done. Stir every 5-6 minutes.

  2. 2

    Use as regular taco filling.
