Tomato-Beetroot Chutney

Chopped the tomato, beet and onion

Heat the oil, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafetida, and dry chilli.

As these start crackling, add onion and beet, and cook 5-6 min, or beet became soft, add green garlic.

Add tomato and cook it 3-4min. Add spices and salt. Cook 2-3min

Now cool it down. Grind it.

Heat the oil in a pan add 1tbsp oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and tomato mix.

Now add jaggery, and tamarind pulp, mix it well and cook for while. Our chutney is ready.
