Mix all dry ingredients apart from cocoa and sieve

In a separate blow add in your margarine and sugar and mix.

Add in eggs and essence mix till creamy

Fold in flour and milk alternating

Separate the paste, one portion add in you cocoa and mix well.

In small portions add in both the chocolate and plain one in your cake cases.

Bake for 25 min at 180
