Soak the semolina in curd for 1 hour

Now add the salt, grated carrots and cabbage, ginger-green chillies paste and mix it well

If water required then add it and make a batter..

Now heat the appam pan and make appam from batter.

Roast the appam from both sides

Now place the appam in plate

Pour the red chilli sauce and green chutney on it

Spread the sev on it
- 9
Enjoy this evening time snack with tea.
