Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupRolled oats
  2. 3 tbspSemolina
  3. 1/4 cupGrated carrots
  4. 1/4 cupOnion, chopped
  5. 1 tspGrated ginger
  6. 1 tspGreen chilli, chopped)
  7. 2 tbspgrated coconut
  8. 1 sprigcurry leaves chopped
  9. 2 tbspcoriander chopped
  10. 3 tbspcurd
  11. 1/4 tspEno
  12. 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the oats, semolina, carrots, onions, ginger, green chilli, coconut, curry leaves and coriander in a bowl.

    Add eno, curd, salt, mix everything well.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle some water (if needed) and turn everything as a dough.

  4. 4

    Now make medium dumplings, arrange them on a greased idli plate and steam them for 15 mins or till they are cooked.
    Serve hot with chutney
