Ingredients

250 gmsred Mirchi
500 gmsghathia
100 gmsspring onion
100 gmscoriander
100 gmsgreen garlic
50 gmssugar
Salt as per taste
2-3lemon
2 tbspfennel seeds (sauf)

Steps

Wipe all Mirchi with cotton cloth. Slit and deseeds and veins.

Now crumble ghatia with hand add salt fennel seeds sugar and lemon juice mix properly.rest for 1hr.

Chopped spring onion coriander and spring onion mix in ghathia mixture.stuff Mirchi rest for 1hr.

Tasty tasty stuff Mirchi is ready to eat. U can make Mirchi pakoda from this stuff Mirchi.
