Ingredients

180°c. 45 min.
  • 200 g: flour
  • 175 g:Sugar
  • 175 g: Margarine
  • 4 Pcs: Eggs
  • 1tea spoon/2.5g : B/Powder
  • 2 Drops:Vanilla Essence
  • 1lemon: Grated Lemon

Steps

180°c. 45 min.
  1. 1

    Weigh all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Cream sugar and margarine together until light creamy and fluffy.

  3. 3

    Add eggs one by one

  4. 4

    Sieve the flour and baking powder.

  5. 5

    Pour the cake batter into a greased tin.

  6. 6

    Bake in a pre-heated oven.

  7. 7

    Baking temperature 180°c.

  8. 8

    Baking time 45 min.
