Firstly heat 1 tsp ghee and fry kaju and kismis, keep aside

Next heat remaining ghee in pan and add grated carrot and saute till till raw smell disappears of carrot

Now add milk, get the milk to boil on medium heat.stir occasionally and boil the milk for 10 mins or until thickens

Now add cardmom powder, saffron, sugar and stir well.next add crumbled mava to milk

Add fried dry fruits and continue to boil until milk thickens and turns creamy

Finally serve carrot kheer hot or chilled,garnish with tutty fruity

For instant mava :firstly dissolve milk powder in milk and mix well, next heat butter in a pan then add milk mixture and stir occasionally,when milk mixture becomes like dough switch off the flame

Spread this mixture on plate, Let this cool completely. Once cooled your instant mava is ready

Tip - you can adjust sweetness according to your taste
