Cooking Instructions

Defrost the fish fillets, marinate and set aside for about 2 hours.

In a pan, add a little bit of oil and transfer the marinated fish fillets into it. Fry until it turns to golden brown, then turn to the other side and also allow it to cook.

Chop the veggies i.e onions, green peppers and the tomatoes. Transfer the onions and green peppers into the pan and stir until cooked. Add seasonings and stir.

Lastly add the sliced tomatoes, the mashed ginger and garlics and mix the veggies all together.

And the fish fillets are ready to be served. OH YUM😋
