This is a real quick chaat that I have with bread butter. The trick here is to cook this through the method of pressure cooking . It is cooked in oil and no water .

Put 4 spoons of oil in the cooker and heat the oil

Add one spoon of zeera and let it crackle

Then quickly add matar and diced potatoes

Close the cooker and let it give two whistles. After that take the cooker off the stove and put it under flowing water. Release the entire steam. This is the trick to ensure it is not soggy.If you feel the aloo or matar haven’t cooked then close immediately and give one more whistle and again release steam.

Now open the cooker lid immediately and add salt, red chilli and amchoor powder. It’s important to release the pressure from the cooker as otherwise it becomes soggy
