Ingredients

  1. Hake steaks
  2. Garlic
  3. Lemon
  4. Salt
  5. Oil
  6. Paprika
  7. Vinegar
  8. Flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Season the hake with salt, squeeze lemon juice over it, coat with flour, and fry.

  2. 2

    In another skillet, heat oil and add sliced garlic. When the garlic starts to turn golden, remove the skillet from the heat.

  3. 3

    Add a little vinegar and paprika, mix, and pour over the hake.
