This is the first recipe I’m sharing on Cookpad. This cake is a hit wherever you take it—success guaranteed! It’s very easy to make, though a bit time-consuming, but totally worth it! After many tries, this is definitely the best version. I made it for a get-together where everyone brought something, and when it was time for dessert... it was a showstopper! 🎉💃🏽 Give it a try! First, prepare the custard using the instant mix according to the package instructions, but add the vanilla sugar. Before cooking, add the Nutella and finish preparing as directed.

Gradually add the Nutella, whisking constantly over the heat, but do not let it boil.

In a shallow bowl, mix the milk and instant coffee until dissolved.

Dip the cookies briefly in the coffee milk and arrange them neatly in the bottom of your chosen dish. Don’t soak the cookies too much or they’ll get too soft.

Cover the cookie layer with a layer of custard, then add another layer of cookies, and finish with more custard. You can make as many layers as you like.

Finally, decorate with colored sprinkles, grated chocolate, or your favorite toppings, and refrigerate. It’s best if made a day ahead, but if you’re in a hurry, chill until the custard is cold and set.
