Ingredients

30 miniutes
4 servings
  • 1 cupmoth soaked & grinded
  • 2 Tsproasted gramflour / besan
  • 1boiled, mashed potatoes
  • 1big onion chopped
  • 2 Tspginger paste
  • 2 Tspgarlic paste
  • 1chilli chopped
  • 2grinded tomato
  • 2 Tspcoriander leaves chopped
  • 1 Tspchilli powder
  • 1 Tspturmeric powder
  • 2 Tspcoriander powder
  • 1 Tspgaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for frying
  • 2green cardomam crushed
  • 2cloves
  • 5black pepper crushed
  • 4 cuphung curd
  • 2 Tspcrushed dry fruits
  • 2 Tspkhoya
  • 2 Tspbeetroot juice
  • 1 tspsugar

Steps

30 miniutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl put griended moth,gram flour, potatoes,.

  2. 2

    Add 1/2 Tsp garlic, chilli,salt keep it a side.

  3. 3

    In other bowl put khoya,curd, black pepper, cardamoms,salt,& beet root juice,clove, dryfruits,sugar.

  4. 4

    Mix all things very well.it is stuffing for koftas.

  5. 5

    Now make small balls From the kofta dough.fill prepared mixture in it.roll it again.

  6. 6

    Make all koftas like this.

  7. 7

    Fry it in Heat oil golden.keep it a side.

  8. 8

    Now in a Heat pan add 2 Tsp oil,let it hot.

  9. 9

    Put cumin seeds, cracle it.

  10. 10

    Add onions golden Fry it.

  11. 11

    Add ginger garlic, roasted it.

  12. 12

    Add chilli, turmeric, coriander powder,mix 2 Tsp water.

  13. 13

    Add griended tomato, cook it 2 miniutes.

  14. 14

    Add garam masala, salt,add 2 cup of water,let it boil.

  15. 15

    Now add coriander leaf.

  16. 16

    Put kofta in servings plate,pour greavy in it.garnish it with cream,& coriander leaves.

  17. 17

    It is very tasty, inovative,& colour full dish.

  18. 18

    It is main course dish.serve any time lunch,or dinner.
