Remove the brain from the goat head tie in the nylon and keep separate. Boil the meat for 30mins

When it's soft add the brain for a few minutes and bring out set the meat apart from the water. Get an empty pot put your palm oil add the brain and stir well put your crayfish salt Maggi. Stir well add the goat and add well. Serve in a plate slice onions and utazi and sprinkle on top. Your meal is ready. Serve with a chilled drink.
