Season the goat meat woth only salt and onion and boil with a pressure pot cook for at least 45minutes.add palmoil and dry fish(remove the bones)cook untill the palmoil boils well.then sprinkle in achi stir to make no lump is formed and cook for 5minutes

Next is grinded crayfish and pepper,salt,grinded uziza seeds and maggi seasoning after 5minutes rinse in the oha leaves.simmer for 2minutes
