Ingredients

  • 140 grams Chopped Dark Chocolate
  • 57 grams Butter
  • 80 grams Condensed Milk
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 65 grams Powdered Sugar
  • 95 grams All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 25 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • As needed Chopped Walnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sauce pan, add a little water and let it heat up.

  2. 2

    As the water starts boiling, place in another bowl on top of it and add 140 grams of dark chocolate and some Butter. Gently melt the chocolate and butter mixture. Once melted completely, keep it aside for a few minutes to cool down.

    In the mean while, Pre - Heat the oven @ 180℃ for about 10 minutes.

    As the chocolate batter is cooled little, add the cocoa powder, condensed milk, followed by milk and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Finally, add the powdered sugar and all purpose flour (Maida) to the mix. And a little bit of baking powder. Mix it well by cut and fold method.

    As the batter is ready, add it to a square cake tin covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle some walnuts on top.

  7. 7

    Bake it in oven at 180℃ for about 20 - 25 minutes.

    Take it out and let it cool completely.

    Now it's ready to serve.
