Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsuji
  2. 1Capsicum
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1onion
  5. 1/2 cupPeas
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1green chilli
  8. 1/2 cupCabbage chopped
  9. 2 tbspPeanuts
  10. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspMustard seeds
  12. 5-6Curry leaves
  13. as neededGreen coriander leaves for garnishing
  14. 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in kadhai.. Add mustard seeds, curry Leaves,peanuts and green chilli... Now add all veggies

    Roast them... Now add turmeric powder, salt and suji.. Add water cook for five minutes
