Steps

In a bowl take some water, and wash the kachalo's properly.

Then boil these kachalo's in the Pressure Cooker for 2 whistles.

After sometime, open the lid of Pressure Cooker and take out all the kachalo's on the plate.

Cool them completely and then peel them.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry kachalo's on high flame.

Drain and keep aside in a plate.

Take a bowl. Mix all the Masala's in it. (Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Mango Powder and Coriander Powder.)

Then heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add green garlic in it. Saute it for 2 mints. Then add all the Masala's in it and add the kachalo's and mix well.

Take it out in a plate, you can have this with chapati.

Now it's ready to serve.
