This is an unique paratha where we find layers in it.
Steps

Mix baking powder in flour and sieve it through a sieve.Add refined oil,salt and sugar and mix well till crumbly.Add milk little by little.Mix well.Add water if needed,little beaten egg and mash into a tight and smooth dough.Cover the dough with a cling film for 15 min in fridge.

Divide dough into equal size balls.Roll out dough.Smear 1/2 tsp ghee and sprinkle flour on it.Roll the paratha like pleats one roll face upfront and the other on other side till all pleats are done.Beat the elongated roll slightly then roll it up like a coil and tug the end inside the coil.Set aside for sometime.

Roll out paratha. Heat a nonstick pan.Smear little oil on tawa.Roast paratha on low flame.Take a wet cloth and simply press the paratha lightly till layers are seen.Flip the paratha and roast the other side.Lightly crumble it with hand so that layers are seen.Serve hot.
