Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup- Multi grain Flour
  2. 1/4 cup- Refined Flour
  3. 1/4 cup- Onion(finely chopped)
  4. 1 tsp- Garlic(finely chopped)
  5. 2 tbsp- Oil
  6. 1/2 tsp- Baking Powder
  7. 1 tsp- Red Chili Powder
  8. 1/2 tsp- Turmeric Powder
  9. 1/2 tsp- Dry Mango Powder
  10. 1 tsp- Sesame Seeds
  11. 1 tbsp- Kasoori Methi
  12. Salt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take flours, turmeric powder,red chili powder, sesame seeds, kasoori methi, salt,and baking powder. Mix well.

    Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, and garlic. Saute it 3-4 min. Add water, cook it 1 min, and cool down it.

    Now add this in flour mix, and kneed the dough.

    Now take small balls, and roll it.

    Now put it in preheated oven(200℃, 10min) for 8-10min. Here I used air fryer. Put it in pre heated air fryer for 8min at 200℃.
