1brinjal cut into round shape
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chillli powder
To tastesalt
1 tspgarlic paste/powder
as neededlittle water
1/2 tspcumin powder
as neededSome oil for shallow frying

Steps

Mix all the masalas with little water apply nicely all over each roundel

Keep aside for 15 mins

Heat a girdle or tawa add little oil then shallow fry the brinjals until golden brown.

Serve with steam rice.
