  • 1/2chopped mbuzi
  • 2large onions
  • 3tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Potatoes
  • Cooking oil
  • pieceGreen pepper I

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the beef till tender

    Fry onions till golden brown,add potatoes tomatoes and salt

    Let it cook for 15 min until the potatoes softens add the boiled beef cook for 10 mins as you keep stirring

    Add a cup of water and let it boil.serve while hot
