Parboil your basmati rice nd keep aside

Cut you carrots,and onions

Grate your pepper and tomatoes
4

Add your onions and grated tomatoes into the hot oil, then add your carrot nad peas
5

Add your seasonings and spices then allow for 10mins
6

Add your Basmati rice and allow to cook
